The five pillars of personality

Open-mindedness
Open-mindedness reflects an individual's ability to take an interest in new ideas, to explore abstract concepts, and to demonstrate intellectual or artistic curiosity. People with a high score in this dimension are often imaginative, sensitive to beauty, inclined to introspection and ready to question their habits. Conversely, a lower score may indicate a preference for stability, routine and tried and tested methods.
Extraversion
Extraversion measures the intensity with which a person seeks out the company of others, social energy and stimulating situations. People who are extroverted like to be around others, to talk, to lead or to take part in social events. They tend to be enthusiastic, expressive and dynamic. Conversely, an introvert may prefer small group interactions, regenerative solitude and quiet environments.

Sociability
Sociability represents the way in which a person interacts with others, with empathy, benevolence and diplomacy. Highly sociable individuals are perceived as cooperative, generous, attentive to the needs of others and inclined to avoid conflict. On the other hand, a low score may indicate a more direct, competitive nature, or even scepticism about the intentions of others.

Neuroticism
Neuroticism measures an individual's tendency to experience negative emotions such as anxiety, irritability, sadness or guilt. A high score reflects strong emotional sensitivity, reactivity to stress and sometimes a low tolerance of frustration. Conversely, a low score on this dimension suggests great emotional stability, good stress management and greater serenity in the face of challenges.
